Back Garden transformation!

We have just completed a back garden transformation, from uneven grass, bushes & trees to a flagged area with a turfed section and an indian sand stone patio.. 

The rear of the house requires wheelchair access so we designed and built a ramp with large pre-treated wooden beams. 

On either side of the back doors we have filled the sections with soil and we are going to add decorative stones to the top that will match the borders.

The rear patio is laid on a full mortar bed for stability, and in this shot is ready for pointing.

Just starting to lay the new turf.

Access to all areas of the garden should be fine now.

 The matching pebble borders look great.

all pointed up nicely, and the stone border theme continues round the patio.

Some detail shots where we cut into the indian sand stone (pre pointing), and then the ACO drainage channels flowing into the drain.
