Birkdale – an Indian Stone Back Patio…
Here are some pictures of our latest finished job in Birkdale, using Indian Stone Paving in an Autumn Bronze colour. We were also tasked with re-creating the back step with a bullnosed finish.
The paving is set on a crush n run base then on a full mortar bed so that it stays level and the paving never moves.
In this shot you can see the old step and how we are cutting the indian stone ready to cement in place…

Some nice detail around the curved edge..
Some more detail work around the drain pipe.
Freshly pointed up the step looks great.
Final sweep up and on to the next job…
